modification of judges order

the judge put in his order father was not to have contact with minor child until further order of the court. all cases have been resolved and I wish to modify this order so father can live with his mother and childs Grandmother. Mother and Dad are in process of getting a divorce. The orginal case of temporary custody was brought by Grandpartents.I know I'm explaining this as well as I should beable to but then again I'm not a lawyer. Thank you
