Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

modified with oldest daughter

My oldest daughter lives with her dad, and he has full custody of her. She turns 18 next month. Our first legal paper work said we would both pay half. Now since he has modified, and taken me back to court 07' do I legally have to pay $150. to him since he took her to an oral surgeon?
