Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i want to know how i should modify a final visitaion order made by a magistrate in florida in feb im a mother who has 2 kids i live in maine i didnt get standard out of state visitation i only got one week in the summer and he has to approve im a good mother i would like it to be heard by a judge i dont know how to go about it this seems very unfair that she agreed with his parenting plan which really gave me no visitation hes moving to michigan next month should i do it in florida or michigan

You should file a Petition for Modification in Florida, as the Court most likely retained jurisdiction in the case there.
