is there a way to modify a report & recommedation of a magistrate after it has been signed by the judge and what forms should be filed if you found an error made by the judge?

Review your file at the courthouse and see if you have the right form and yes it is possible. If there is a major error, take the document to the JA of the Judge and ask that he/she present it to the Judge with the file and ask what can be done. More than likely you will need to have another hearing so all parties are present and have a modification of whatever document that was submitted corrected.
