Hi,
i am mohammed from india,without our knowledge doctor took my wife embryo and gave it to his wife,now thy r in US,my kid is 10 months old she is US citizen,if i take my kid back,can i become US citizen?

The citizenship status of your child (or, I suppose, a child biologically your wife's) in the U.S. does not grant you U.S. citizenship, regardless of how the child obtained that citizenship. You should speak with a U.S. immigration attorney regarding U.S. visa or citizenship status. Also, if this act occurred in the U.S., you should report it to U.S authorities.
