Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a month old baby and her father isnt on the birth cert. But yet im nice and still let him see her acouple hours. But he got married 2 weeks prior to my daughter being born behind my back. HE refuses to help pay child support or do anything for her. But still wants her and see her everyday. What can I do about him.
