Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am the mother of a beautiful baby boy named Jayden and the father of my baby,Shawn, wants nothing to do with him he dont even want to admit that Jayden is his. I am 100% sure that he is the father of my baby and am wanting to prove it to him. I do have a boyfriend that Ive been dating since I was 4 months pregnant and he is the only father Jayden has even know and he is wanting to adopt my son regardless of us staying together or not. How can I get my ex to terminate his rights if dont admit to them and he is not on the birth certificate

Do nothing. In Florida, paternity must be established for the biological father to have rights to the chlid. He only has the obligation to pay court ordered child support. At this point, your ex-boyfriend has no rights or responsibilities.
