Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

the mother has a case plan that has not been done for over a year now. she is associated with the person still that hurt her child. her mother has a restraning order against her and her father allegations. The child is going to a new school that is private. the mother can not go anywhere near his house or school and she has no visitation except for 2 phone calls each week. Do we have to tell her where the child is going to school

I think for anyone to answer, you need to say who "we" are. Do you have custody or guardianship of the child? What are your rights to the child or to withhold information from the child's parents? Please repost your Q on LawGuru for a Family Law attorney to give you an answer.
