Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

the mother of my child claimed i abandoned the household but i took my daughter and currently resides with me about four days out of the week now shes trying for me to separate from my daughter by taking her more days than accorded and switched the daycare without my consent only to get the info to the new location three weeks later no matter how much i asked, also she lied about her assets by closing an account were we had money saved only so she could put that she had no money. What can i do, any suggestions.
