The mother of my child & I were never married. She left the state of Florida without my or the courts permission, What can I do about this?

Depends on what kind of papers you have. If you do not have a visitation order in place, then she is free to leave. You are probably paying child support which is mandated if you are the father and she obtained an order from the Dept of Revenue against you for same. Fathers tend to overlook the fact that in order to have visitation you must have a parenting plan and visitation schedule in place. You can certainly file for visitation now and serve her with papers prior to her becoming a resident of another state - but you will need to prove paternity if you have not already done so - are you on the birth certificate?
