Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The mother of my child does not put our son first when it comes to necessities. the best example i can provide is a trip she is taking to Colombia for plastic surgery. she claims she has no money to feed our child but somehow has the funds to take this trip. Another example is when our child was just 7 years old, she left him in a hotel room alone so that she can go to the local bar with a friend who was visiting. She also does not care about his emotional well being. All of our son's teachers and caregivers have commented about the fact that he shows signs of ADHD. I took him to one of the top neurologists in Florida and he agreed that our son needs medication. She refuses to acknowledge what professionals have told her and refuses to treat him. During this time, he is suffering in class, being picked on because he behaves differenty. when he tries to commiunicate with his mom, she tells him he's being a baby and that he needs to get over it. I simply cannot allow her to further cause him harm. what can i do to ensure this stops? i have documentation of every situation that we've faced with her.
