Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

a mother has 2 children in DCF custody. TPR hasbegun, while she is pregnant with the third baby. She voluntarily gives up her parental rights on the first two. And after the baby is born works on a case plan on the third. She fails to comply case plan aother TPR is started on the third child. While this is going on she is found to be pregnant with the 4th child. Mother signed overher rights to the third child. The 4th baby is now due in a month. Nothing in the mother's life has changed that caused DCF to start TPRs on the first three children. Will they take the 4th child and if so can they use the first 3 cases against her even if they are closed out. This is in Florida

If they are aware of the fourth child, DCF will probably take it, depending on the circumstances, and they will almost certainly use the first three cases against her.
