Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
The mother of my children is keeping my children from me. She just filed for divorce with child support up to court and joint custody. She tells me if I do not pay her more and more she won't let me see the kids. I had been seeing them two days a week, yet haven't seen them in almost three weeks because I (1) don't have the money to increase and increase what I give her and (2) I am paying what an attorney told me would be "close" to what I will pay for child support. How can I force her to let me see my children?
