Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can the mother of my children take my kids and move to another state? From Florida to North Carolina. We've never been to court for full custody or joint or even child support. I pay her 400 dollars a month. She actually already moved but I was ok with it. Now, i was supposed to see my kids for the summer and she is denying my time with them. I dont want to be a holiday father, i want to take my kids to soccer or ballet. So i guess my real question is, can i get joint custody and bring them back to Florida?
