Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My mother has to go to court tomorrow for a hearing of Domestic Violence. She doesn't want to talk infront of a judge, so I was wondering is it possible she can turn in a written testimony instead? Also, I am a witness to something in the case, but I am a minor, and minors aren't allow to testify, can I as well turn in a written testimony?

There will be an advocate there that your mother can talk with. The advocate will stand with her and help shield her from the vision of the defendant. She will have to speak. You can not write your testimony - the defense has the right to question the plaintiff. As a witness - if you are a teenager - you may speak with your mother's permission.
