If your the mother in a dependencey case and and the guardian has never been to court one time. Is this a possible reason for a motion for recluse?

If you wish to terminate the services of the guardian, you must state the reason for the dismissal and file an action stating so. Recluse is for judges when they are familiar with the parties and do not feel they can be unbiased in a case.

If the guardian is not doing anything then file a motion to have the court dismiss the guardian.
