Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My mother and father got divorced 5 years ago. They agreed to no child support, but 1,000$ alimony every month for 18 years. He hasn't payed her in almost 4 years. They got divorced in a different county of which they live in. How will my mom proceed to get her unpaid alimony?

Your mother needs to file a motion with the court to enforce the agreement.
