The Court can Order him to take the test. If he refuses to comply with a court order he will go to jail until he complies. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.

You can file a Petition/Request with the court Ordering him to do so. If the court orders it and he refuses he will be held in contempt and can be responsible for your attorneys fees and costs for having to do so.
