Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My mother in law adopted her 2 nephews a yr ago. The past yr they she has had problems with them.. One is 17 will be 18 in December the other just turned 16 not long ago. She can not handle them anymore. And is wondering what the law is and how to go about not being there legal guarding... WIll they go up for adoption again,, or will she have to continue with it.. What about military school, boot camp ect.. At the moment both boys have went to stay with there mother who lost custody of them 4 yrs ago...

At the moment, your mother-in-law, through adoption has primary responsibility for the two nephews. If she wants to relinquish her parental rights and return them back to their natural mother, assuming she wants to take them back, she can file a petition for termination of parental rights and petition for adoption where the natural mother will basically readopt her previously adopted sons. There are some requirements re: adoption process, so it's best to retain an adoption attorney to guide you through the process.
