Can a mother lose custody after being baker acted?

Yes, but it's not automatic. in other words, it's not a case of "get Baker Acted, lose children". That's not the way things work.

Yes. If that is the case then you should file for full custody.

It depends. If the mother was having so me medical issues and needed help perhaps not. As long as the children are not endangered it would be a hard fight in the court.
