Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If a mother doesn't pay child support for a number of months and has not finish her case plan for over 2 years is that cause for termination. If you can what forms do you need?

Failure to pay child support is not a cause for termination, but failure to complete a case plan would be. There are no forms for this. She needs a dependency lawyer.
