Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a mother of 2 and i recently signed and had a piece of paper notarized at a bank giving my rights to my oldest sons grandmother tempory the paper expires Feb. 2013 but what i want to know is how legal is this paper? She refuses to let me have him back full time even though i am permentatly stable now, the only thing is i dont have a job but my spouse does.

a notarized paper will not hold up in court. If you gave custody of your child to someone else, you would have to have a court order. You can give permission for them to take the child to a doctor and a notarized paper will hold up. I suggest you go get your child and/or children unless there is more here than you have stated.
