Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The mother of my sons baby was Baker acted yesterday and now is accusing my son and the family of trying to take the 5 month old baby,however she incable of caring for the baby,yet she is threatning, and suicidal how does he get custody to keep her from taking baby off and doing harm.What can we do

RUN>>>>>>> to the courthouse. Find a family court judge and ask the Judicial Assistant of his office if you can see him. Take with you the papers showing she is baker acted - ask the judge for an emergency order for temporary custody. He can prepare it while you are in the office and you can go with an officer to pick up the child. (This is based on the facts presented)
