Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My mother has temparay custady of my daughter she is now trying to get full custady and gettung very spitefull i know i have to contact the judge to terminat the temparary custady but i am realy in a situation to do so i have had phyical custady of my daughter since February i am afraid she is going to try to cause leagle truble should i make her take my daughter back as to not get introuble for kidnapping or should i get her for abandonment im living with a friend at the moment
