Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My mother had temporary custody of my daughter when she was 6 months old due top PPD. This was only so she could take Essie to the doctor bc I was so depressed I wouldn't even get ready or work or go to school. I never neglected my child or left her. Infact Essie has lived me kind of like joint custody for 4 years. The first two I even lived with my mom and Essie up under the same roof. She is now 6 years old. My mother lives in Georgia and we live in Florida. Essie, my daughter is enrolled in a Florida Charter school. My mother will not sign custody back over as a control factor. What should I do considering she lives with me anyways? I have taken her to court and she pulled a child molestation case on me that was not true just to keep Essie. Needless to say I lost and was the one who went after her. This is a traumatizing situation for both my daughter and myself. It took me over a year just to get her in my care again by the good graces I put on for my mom and Essie wanting her mom. I'm worried at any time my mom will try to take her away from me.

The only way you will beat this is to hire an attorney. If you can not afford one, then make application to the legal aid office for an attorney .
