Can a mother do this?

If a mother has an 18 year old boy that she kicked out about 6 or 7 months ago, and this boy gets sicka nd she takes him to the doctor but wants to go back to live with his grilfriend and her family. Can she hold him at the house, and tell him that he cant leave the house at all. And then go to church the next day at 8 AM and leave the 18 year old boy all alone, when he is very sick?

Hi:

This sounds like the mother is not treating this young man very well. However, since the young man is 18 and if he is not your child, I suggest that you let the parties work it out on their own.
