Got a Motion to Compel for Mandatory Disclosure on a Financial Affidavit.

Have 10 days from date order was signed...

Is that business days...? Is Memorial Day a business day since it is a holiday...?

you count the l0 days from the date the order was signed, if the l0th day lands on Memorial day then you go to the next day. If that is a weekend then you have until that Monday following the weekend.
