Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Motion of Default
I received divorce papers from my wife's attorney and because of a over sight I didn't realize I was suppose to respond to the summons. Now I have this Motion of Default I just received. What can I do to correct my mistake? What do you recommend?

Re: Motion of Default
A default can be set aside at the Court's Discretion. (If the judge wants to)You should consult with a Florida Family Law attorney to help you with your situation.
