Motion to dismiss divorce

If a divorce was filed and there is a temporary hearing in one week would it be better to wait for the hearing that is scheduled and than file a motion to dismiss or is it a separate action?

Dismiss the divorce now if you've both agreed to reconcile. Otherwise, it depends on why you want to dismiss.
