What do I need to file and Who do I file it with to get this before the Judge in Lake County Florida

Re: Motion to Dismiss and Vaccate

The caption said: "Motion to Dismiss" and if that is the document you have, file it with the Clerk of Court. Make sure it is filed with the Circuit Court, Family Division. Also send copies to all the other parties involved. Ask the Clerk if they set a hrg or the judge's judicial assistant.

Of course, I am assuming this is a "pro se" case.
