Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a motion for permission to travel with minor child hearing to attend, my daughter's mother want to take my daughter out of the country and i dont want here to becasue she has plans never to return. help

Unless you have some evidence as to why you feel she would not bring the child back, there may be nothing that you can do to stop her from going. However, you can have it stipulated in the papers to allow her to leave the country that she is to bring the child back at a certain date. This will at least give you something to work with if she does not.
