My husband withdraw his lawyer too( bad sommer for finances) but he will be abble to make money soon through the business for legal representation.Husband in past till probably present troubles with alcohol and drugs and he is not managing the company right) Currently filling for chapter 7 personal bankruptcy due to his wasting money.Becouse I did not say opening statement ( neither of us ) and swear oath, did not know, Judge could not decide anything.only passed some comments. He said that I asked for pro bono lawyer in my speach, he said that there might be a chance if I had a proper motion filled for pro bono lawyer. Can you please help me with what to write and the correct formulation for this motion, to increase my chances to be awarded pro bono lawyer ??? please and thank you
