Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Several motions have been filed in this case. Upon entering the courthouse for final paperwork today, I find that today is the due date for response to a Stipulation as to Temporary Timesharing. How can I file for an extension?

There is no such thing as a "stipulation as to temporary time-sharing." Also, Stipulations don't require responses. But, at any rate, I guess you could file a "Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Stipulation As to Temporary Time-Sharing." It sounds like you should retain a lawyer.

If you need extra time to respond to a court deadline then you have to file a written motion for more time and file that with the court. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
