Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If I move from my house prior to filing divorce and move my things acquired prior to the marriage, will this adversely affect my divorce case?

Not necessarily, however be careful as far as remaining items in the home and preservation of the marital home while you are not there. Often times couples that are going through divorce prefer to remain in the house in the interim until after Court has determined how assets are to be distributed, etc.
You shouldn't move out of the house until you consult with a family law attorney. Moving can affect your case in many sublte ways (such as when a court determines how household expenses get divided) and in many not-so-sublte ways (such as how a court determines the amount of timeshare with children).
