Can my ex wife move out a state (Florida)if Im still paying child support?

No. She needs to comply with the parental relocation statute if she wants to move out of state. This involves filing a notice with the court, which you may then object to.

The burden to get the court to let her move is very high, and the Florida Courts are loath to allow a parent to move out of state.
