Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can i move with a support order

i understand because there is no order for custody i can legally move with my daughter (2yrs), who has lived with me since she was born, he has 6 months to drag me back for custody, which i dont think he is capable of. my only concern is since my daughters father was released from prison in march we made a support agreement and he has paid three payments. my fiance and i plan to move to florida, where we own land, and want to make sure i will not be in any legal trouble for doing so because there is an agreement for support. can i move and do i have to get permission from my daughters father or the state? if so how do i have to go about all of this?

Re: can i move with a support order

You must notify the support office which is servicing your support order of your new address when you are moving. The fact that you have a support order should not interfere with your ability to move.
