Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

When i moved in with my fiancee he insisted I sell my condo and pit money in the bank. He asked me to pay half of my condo expenses to myself and the other half to him as rent. We did a prenup white i waived all my rights including his home. Five years later I've been spending double the agreed amount paying his household bills. Property values have skyrocketed in Miami. If I were to divorce now. I would end up with a mortgage 4 times higher than what I had. I would like to modify the prenup by making a postnuptial. I want him to help me out with an amount of money towards purchase of a home in event of a divorce given the thousands of dollars I have saved him by carrying his household expenses. Can this be done? We have no joint savings . My husband refuses to to own any marital

Assets with me.

You can do a post nuptial agreement but it requires both parties to reduce the documentation to writing. He cannot be forced into signing a post nup.
