Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi I moved to Florida in 2009, and was married in 2007 in NY. I never lived with this man, we have no property or children together. I would like a divorce but i don't not know where he is, he does not live at his previous address in NY. I want to file for a divorce and tell the judge my spouse is missing. I have read that I will be required to run a ad looking for him to inform him about the divorce. I am trying to keep my cost low, as far as hiring a lawyer and so fourth. I seen a lot of do it yourself websites for a getting a divorce but I wanted to do some homework first before i spend a penny on such sites. Thank you again for your time!

You got married but never lived with him?? Was this a marry me for citizenship scam you participated in? There are forms at the court house and ways to locate most people. You will need to invest a little money to undo what you somehow for some reason got yourself into here.
