Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I just moved 30 miles away from my ex-husbands residence. Because I moved, he is telling me it is up yo me to provide ALL transportation, both to and from, when I have the kids. That he is not responsible for any pick up's, or take home's. Is this correct, there is no stipulation in our divorce decree stating that I can not move out of the town or county in which he resides.

Its obvious he is going to be ugly about this. So.... do yourself a favor and file a Petition to Modify Child Visitation - stipulate pick up points and expenses. Otherwise he will not comply - 30 miles does not exactly constitute a major change of circumstances unless you have moved out of the county and the Judge will probably look unfavorable on him for causing this action so ask for attorney fees if you hire an attorney for this.
