Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I moved to Ohio temporarily to live with my mom while my husband went to a training camp for the military. We are originally from Florida. While he was away at the training camp we have decided to get divorced & I am wondering if I can file for divorce in Florida or will I have to wait until I become a resident in Ohio?

You answered your own question. If you moved temporarily then your intent was not to remain in Ohio. I suggest you head back to Florida and file. On the other hand, if you own no property here and you soon to be ex has not problem with the divorce, then wait until you become a resident of OHIO and file.
