Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Moving in with my boyfriend after the baby is born.

Im 16 and about to have a baby and after the baby is born i want to move in with my boyfriend and his parents. I know my parents will NOT like that at all. So is there a law saying that I can move out after having a baby?

No, having a baby does not emancipate you from your parents. Marriage would, but you'd have to have their permission to marry.
