Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am moving from Florida to Illinois. I am currently in the middle of a custody dispute with my 4 year olds father, who wants full custody of her even though he works out of state for 4 days per week. I am struggling financially and have my husband and house in Illinois. Two months from now I have no choice but to leave to Illinois, as I have nowhere else to live in Florida. I am being forced to have my daughter stay with her 70 year old grandparents until we have a court hearing, which could be 6 months from now. Will my having to leave without my daughter affect my relocation case?
