moving

i live in PA now and want to move to FL but my sons father will not allow it. what do i have to do in order to have my 8 yr old son be able to go with me to florida? i also have told my sons father that i will fly back with my son every three weeks and he can have him those days...

This is the most complex issue in custody matters. If there is a current Order you will need to get the court to allow it if there is no order you need to procede in a way that does not give rise to other action. I offer free initial consultations.
