Under the laws of the State of Florida, you are a child until you reach the age of 18. Thus you cannot move out under the law. In practicality, unless you do something that gets you in trouble, it is doubtful that the law will take steps to locate you or make you move back home.

If you insist on moving out before 18, you can file a suit to become emancipated which would afford you the legal rights.

Legally, no. Will DCF or anyone do anything about it? That's a different question, but can't you just wait a few more months until you turn 18? It would be much better if you could.
