Moving out of state

Can i move out of state due to remarriage in the state of florida. Currently by ex has rights to see the child every wednesday and a weekend day if given 1 weeks notice.

If your divorce decree was entered in Florida, you are required to provide your Husband with Notice of the Relocation. It should be served on him by certified mail. If he files an Objection, then you would need to obtain an order from the Court permitting the relocation. You should contact a Family Law Attorney to assist you with the legal requirements.
