Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
me n my x have a 7 1/2 month old son. we broke up when he was 2 months old. since then we have done joint custody but not going through the courts. we made a sunday to sunday aggrement. and since then things have been some what ok. but for the past 4 months she has been dating a guy in the navy and now she is pregnant again and supposedly going to marry him very soon and try n move to texas with him.. right now we both live in jacksonville florida..i dont want to lose my son by her moving. my main questions are is she allowed to leave the state without my permission and what do i need to do to prevent this.. i am 22 years old, i own my own house, my own car. but right now i am unemployed.but i do everything in my will to make money for the meantime.i am very fortunate to have a wealthy enough grandpa to help me.. she is 19 and she dosent work, dosent have a car..and everyone pays for her..i know that might not mean to much but i figured i explain it all so i can get the best answer possible.! please email me at [email protected] with some answers please..asap would be best appreciated

You need to file a Petition with the court for custody. YOu need to establish paternity. I do not see you getting full cus tody but you could get visitation - so be sure to file a parenting plan as well.
