Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am in the navy, stationed in Pensacola, FL, and in the process of getting a divorce. My husband is also Navy and about to get stationed in Washington State on sea duty. Is there anything I can do as far as getting a notarized letter or anything saying he agrees to the divorce? He may or may not be on deployment to be available to sign the papers. Just trying to find a way to finish the process so that it doesnt take years when we have no property or children together.

If you are in Florida for six months or more then file the divorce using a marital agreement.
