Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
The ncp is ordered to pay 50% of medical bills not covered by insurance. Medical bills sent to ncp certified mail, with no response and no payment. Bills up to 1,000 now. I am going to take her to court myself, what action can I ask that the court take against her besides contempt? That doesnt seem to phase her, hence the reason I have custody.

Why doesn't the motion for contempt phase her? Won't the judge order surrender of assets, garnishment of wages, or jail? Remember that you can take her to small claims court as well as family court if the family court judge isn't giving you the right help with collections.
Your option is to file for contempt. The sanctions that the court can impose could be as Mr. Rose stated in his response to you. Also, if you are not satisfied with family court, you can file on line a small claims action as well.
