Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

NCP to pay 50% of medical bills, house payment, and home insurance.

My divorce judgement states the following:

Reasonable and necessary uninisured medical/dental/prescription drug costs for the minor children shall be assessed as follows: shared equally by both parents.

Also in the liabilities section it lists - mortgage on real estate (Home) and it is marked that the husband shall pay and the wife shall pay.

Is there anything I can do to collect these costs? I am receiving the child support ordered because it is automatically deducted from his paycheck.

If he does not pa, at the time my youngest child reaches 18 and the house is sold can I take the amount he owes me out of the amount he would have received from the sale of the home?

You can file a motion for contempt on the unpaid medical costs, and you can sue him on the unpaid mortgage payments. If you want to wait, you can also take it out of his share of the proceeds of the house.
