Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What is needed in this situation ??? I received papers from an attorney for a mortgage company.. They were granted a foreclosure, on a property I had with my ex...The final divorce agreement the ex was to refinance 90 days after the final judgment, he didn't. I need to know how to go about going after my ex and his contempt of a judges order...I need someone who can make my ex pay for all my attorney fees and all other expenses connected to this matter... I had filed and was granted a discharge of all debts in bankruptcy, March 2011.....HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
